It doesn’t matter where you are in the creative process in your life there are tangible benefits to exercising your creativity. *

Studies have shown you don’t need to be good at art to gain the benefits of it. Increased emotional flexibility, spontaneity, and lightening of mood are all possible when one is engaged in the creative flow.

Maybe you never pick up a paintbrush now or for the rest of your life, you can still be creative and find creative solutions to everyday woes. Bake the perfect Christmas cookie, slay at work with your innovative ideas, make a journal or scrapbook, write poetry, or sing a song. The possibilities are endless.
